Konstantin Viktorovich Tschaschtschuchin ( Russian Константин Викторович Чащухин ; born May 6, 1978 in Perm , Russian SFSR ) is a former Russian ice hockey goalkeeper .
Career
Konstantin Tschashchuchin began his career as an ice hockey player in his hometown in the youth department of Molot-Prikamje Perm , for whose professional team he was active in the Russian Super League from 1997 to 2001 . The goalkeeper then played for two years for HK Sibir Novosibirsk , with whom he rose from the second-rate Wysschaya League to the Super League in 2002. It followed three years in the Wysschaja Liga at Energija Kemerowo , before he moved to Sauralje Kurgan for the 2006/07 season, for whose professional team he was in 35 games in the second division between the posts in his first year.
In the summer of 2008, Chashchuchin was committed by Kurgan's league rivals HK Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk , with whom he was accepted twice in a row as a regular goalkeeper of the second division and for the 2010/11 season in the Continental Hockey League . However, Chashchuchin was not used in the KHL and was loaned to his hometown club Molot-Prikamje Perm in September 2010. In 2011/12 he was under contract with HK Sary-Arka Karaganda from the Kazakh ice hockey league .
