The Kopa Magury is a mountain in the Polish West Tatras with an altitude of 1704 meters on the north ridge of the Kasprowy Wierch .
Location and surroundings
The state border runs over the main ridge of the Tatra Mountains . The Kopa Magury is north of the main ridge. Below the summit lie two valleys, the Dolina Gąsienicowa valley in the east and the Dolina Bystrej valley in the west.

The Kopa Magury is popular with hikers. It is on the way from the upper cable car station on Kasprowy Wierch to Zakopane .
Routes to the summit
The hiking trail runs east of the summit area.
- ▬ - ▬ - ▬ A yellow, later blue and later yellow marked hiking trail leads from Kasprowy Wierch across the Dolina Gąsienicowa valleyto the Murowaniec hut on the Hala Gąsienicowa mountain pastureand further down to the Zakopan district of Kuźnice .
The Murowaniec Hut and Kondratowa Hut as well as the Kalatówki Mountain Hotel are suitable starting points for climbing the slopes from the valleys .
