Kosta Janew (also written Kosta Yanev , Bulgarian Коста Янев ; born April 27, 1983 in Burgas ) is a Bulgarian football player . He has been playing for CSKA Sofia in A Grupa , the highest Bulgarian league , since 2009 .
Career
Janew started his career at FK Neftochimik . In 2002 he moved to Chernomorets Pomorie and in 2004 in the first team of FK Neftochimik. In 2006, after the merger of FC Naftex (as it was called Neftochimik in the meantime) and FC Chernomorets Burgas, Krastew changed to FC Chernomorets. The new club, which bundled the best players, then rose from the second highest league . In the first season in the Bulgarian top division, they finished sixth. At the beginning of the 2008/09 season he moved to OFK Sliven 2000 , where he reached twelfth place in the final ranking.
In the summer of 2009 another change followed and the central midfielder moved to CSKA Sofia , with whom he became runner-up and won the Bulgarian Cup in 2011 . He then moved to local rivals Lokomotiv Sofia , but returned to CSKA in early 2012 and was runner-up again at the end of the 2011/12 season. As a result, he was only used in the second team of CSKA and left the club in early 2013 to Cherno More Varna . There he did not get a chance and dissolved his contract in April 2013.
In the summer of 2013, Janew returned to Neftochimik. At the end of the 2013/14 season he had to relegate with his new club. He then moved to Spartak Varna in the B Grupa .

Janew has played three games for Bulgaria so far. He made his debut on November 19, 2008 in the friendly international match against Serbia when he came on at half time. The game in Belgrade was lost 6-1.
