Koszyce is a town in the Powiat Proszowicki of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship in Poland . It is the seat of the town-and-country municipality of the same name with 5470 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2019).
history
Koszyce regained its city rights on January 1st, 2019.
structure
The town-and-country community (gmina miejsko-wiejska) Koszyce with almost 66 km² includes 19 villages with 18 school boards (sołectwa) in addition to the town itself.
