Kralendijk is the capital of Bonaire , a Dutch island in the Lesser Antilles north of Venezuela .
Flamingo International Airport is south of the city .

Kralendijk is divided into three districts:
- Playa (center) with 250 inhabitants
- Playa Pabou with 1065 inhabitants
- Playa Pariba with 759 inhabitants
Kralendijk is the seat of the police authority responsible for all BES islands ( Korps Politie Caribisch Nederland ).
Worth seeing
The Protestant church was built in 1647. That to protect the harbor of the Dutch West India Company built Fort Oranje was constructed in 1639 and is the oldest stone buildings on the island. In the 20th century it was used as a prison, police station and fire station.
