The Kreissparkasse Kelheim is a public sector financial institution based in Kelheim in Bavaria . Its business area is the Kelheim district with the exception of the Langquaid and Rohr markets and the Herrngiersdorf and Wildenberg communities , the Au id Hallertau market and the Rudelzhausen community in the Freising district , as well as the Altmannstein market and the Mindelstetten community in the Eichstätt district .
