Kristijan Dobras (born October 9, 1992 in Varaždin , Croatia ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

society

Dobras began his career at SU Wolfern in Upper Austria . In 2004 he moved to the youth department of SK Vorwärts Steyr , where he stayed for two years before returning to SU Wolfern and also being active at the Linz Football Academy.

In 2010 he switched to the Austrian record champions SK Rapid Wien , where he was initially active in the second team. The offensive midfielder made his debut in the Regionalliga Ost for the amateurs on August 31, 2010 against FC Waidhofen an der Ybbs , when he was substituted on for Michael Zeiner by coach Andreas Reisinger in the 77th minute . The game in the Waidhofener Alpenstadion ended with a 0-2 defeat. Overall, Dobras came in that season on another 15 missions. In 2011/12 he was at work 28 times for the amateurs and scored five goals.

After good performance at the beginning of the 2012/13 season, Peter Schöttel brought him into the first team's squad. Dobras made his debut in the top Austrian division on September 15, 2012 against FC Admira Wacker Mödling , when he came on for captain Steffen Hofmann in the 85th minute . The game in the Gerhard-Hanappi-Stadion ended goalless 0-0. After a collateral ligament tear in his knee in October 2012, the Croatian- born Dobras fell out by the end of 2012. In January 2013 Dobras switched to SV Grödig on loan and made it to the top Austrian league with the Salzburg team . In July 2013 he left Rapid for good and moved to SC Wiener Neustadt . After the team's relegation after the 2014/15 season, Dobras remained first class and moved to the Europa League qualifier SK Sturm Graz . He signed a three-year contract.

For the 2017/18 season he moved to league competitor SCR Altach , with whom he received a contract valid until June 2018. He left Altach after the 2018/19 season.

He then moved to Melbourne Victory in Australia in August 2019 , where he received a contract that ran until June 2020. For Melbourne he came to eight appearances in the A-League , in which he scored two goals. In January 2020, his contract with the Australians was terminated. He then moved to Ertis Pavlodar in Kazakhstan in February 2020 . Without commitment for the Kazakhs, he left the club after Ertis was excluded from the Premjer league .

Internationally, Dobras has played for the Austrian U-17 and U-18 so far .
