Kronfelzov (German Kronfelsthal ) is a locality of the municipality Šléglov in the Czech Republic . It is located five kilometers northeast of Staré Město and belongs to the Okres Šumperk .

geography

Kronfelzov is located at the southern foot of the Bielengebirge in the old town-Goldensteiner Kessel. The Holý vrch ( Kronfelsberg , 850 m) rises to the east and the Kutný vrch ( Huttenberg , 798 m) to the southeast . Bunker lines of the Czechoslovak Wall run through the place .

Neighboring towns are Adamov in the north, Ostružná in the northeast, Splav in the east, Branná in the south, Šléglov and Hajmrlov in the southwest, Malé Vrbno in the west and Velké Vrbno in the northwest.

history

The settlement was founded at the beginning of the 19th century. In 1839 40 people lived in the ten houses in Kronfelsthal.

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Kronfelsthal / Kronešov 1850 a district of the municipality Schlögélsdorf in the district Šumperk . In the second half of the 19th century, the Graphitwerke Buhl-Alberti AG in Mährisch old town resumed the extinct mining industry. A graphite tunnel was built between Kronfelsthal and Schlögelsdorf. In 1890 the village , which was parish after Goldenstein , had 56 German-speaking inhabitants. In 1921 the village was inhabited by 50 German Catholics. In 1930 the place consisted of ten houses and had 50 German-speaking residents. After the Munich Agreement , the municipality was added to the German Reich in 1938 and belonged to the Mährisch Schönberg district until 1945 . After the end of the Second World War, the German residents were expelled . In 1950 Kronfelzov became part of Vikantice and from 1975 to 1990 the village belonged to Branná. At this time the place lost the status of a district. From 1990 Kronfelzov belonged again to the municipality Vikantice and since the beginning of 1992 it belongs to Šléglov. Today Kronfelzov is a holiday resort and has only a few permanent residents.
