history

The place was devastated during the Hussite Wars . The Czech name Ssleglow has been documented since 1437 . In 1564 Wenzel von Zvole bought the village on Goldenstein . In 1654 the village consisted of 20 properties and had 107 inhabitants.

After the abolition of patrimonial Schlögelsdorf formed from 1850 with the district Kronfelsthal / Kronešov a municipality in the district of Mährisch Schönberg . The localities Bärengraben, Seifengrund and Quickernest belonged to the community. In the second half of the 19th century, the Graphitwerke Buhl-Alberti AG in Mährisch old town resumed the extinct mining industry. A graphite tunnel was built between Kronfelsthal and Schlögelsdorf. In 1900 the village consisted of 43 houses and had 244 German-speaking residents. The place was parish after Goldenstein . There was a one-class school in the village. In 1930 Schlögelsdorf had 331 inhabitants.

After the Munich Agreement , the municipality was added to the German Reich in 1938 and belonged to the Mährisch Schönberg district until 1945 . In 1939 the community had 291 inhabitants. After the end of the Second World War, the German residents were expelled .

In 1950 it was incorporated into Vikantice and from 1975 to 1990 the village belonged to Branná. After the re-establishment of the municipality Vikantice, Šléglov formed a district of the same and broke away at the beginning of 1992.
