Kronhof is a district of the municipality of Polsingen in the central Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen . The hamlet has 9 inhabitants (as of 1987) and lies at an altitude of 428 meters above sea ​​level .

The place is about two kilometers southwest of Polsingen and two kilometers northeast of Laub directly at the intersection of the state road St 2384 and the district road WUG 31 . The Rohrach , a tributary of the Wörnitz , flows past in the north. The place is close to the border with the neighboring municipality of Munningen in the Swabian district of Donau-Ries . Not far stems from the spring meadow ditch .

Kronhof is one of the only places in the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district on the edge of the Nördlinger Ries , the remains of an old impact crater that formed during the Ries event around 14.6 million years ago.
