geography
course
The Krummbach rises in a wooded area in the Westerwald southeast of the Ochsenberg , near the Wacholderheide nature reserve . It initially flows southwards through a wooded area between the Funkenhahn in the west and the Gallpüsch in the east. After about 1.5 kilometers the forest gives way to an agriculturally used area of meadows and fields. The stream now reaches Westernohe and passes through this village, partly piped underground. Through fields and meadows, it now flows past the Odersberg . Just south of it branches off a mill race, formerly the close of Hüblingen standing Burks - and Görzmühle operation. The Krummbach runs past the Zeitenberg , briefly touches the eastern edge of Hüblingen, then crosses under the K 48 and finally reaches the Lasterbach at Neumühle, flowing south-west .
