Kurt Cuno

Kurt Cuno (born August 27, 1896 in Zweibrücken , † July 14, 1961 in Munich ) was a German officer , most recently lieutenant general in World War II .

Life

Cuno served as an officer in the First World War . After the end of the war the Reichswehr took over him and he was used in various units. In the Wehrmacht during World War II he briefly led the 3rd Panzer Grenadier Division and the 233rd Reserve Panzer Division from August 1943 to June 1944.
