Kurt Laue (born August 22, 1922 ) is a former German soccer goalkeeper .

Career

Kurt Laue was a player from Hildesheim 07 and was a guest player at SV Dessau 05 in 1942 and 1943 . He reached the final round of the German championship with Dessau as Gaumeister Mitte in 1942 and 1943 . At the side of players like Heinz Trenkel , Heinz Gehlert, Johannes Manthey and Walter Elze , he played three games against Borussia Fulda (2: 0), Blau-Weiß 90 Berlin (0: 3) with Gerhard Graf and Johannes Herberger and the Dresdner SC (1: 2) with Helmut Schön and Richard Hofmann .

After the Second World War , Laue guarded the goal of the Stuttgarter Kickers in two games in 1947/48 , when the “blues” finished third with 113: 58 goals. Exnational goalkeeper Helmut Jahn was a regular in the Kickers case and in attack Edmund Conen (18 goals) and Kurt Lauxmann (26 goals) were primarily responsible for the goals. This was followed by positions at Eintracht Braunschweig and Hannover 96 in the Oberliga Nord. At the Blue-Yellows in Braunschweig, "Kuddel" Laue played the last round game on April 24, 1949 against Arminia Hannover (2-1) in 1948/49 and was then the goalkeeper of Eintracht with 30 games in 1949/50, which with coach Hans-Georg Vogel and striker Walter Schemel took fifth place. In 1950/51 Laue played 13 league games with the “Reds” of Hannover 96 and was then replaced by Hans Krämer .

Later he came to over 100 other missions in the Oberliga Süd and the II. Division for the team from Hessen Kassel . When the KSV in the 1952/53 season with the runner-up in the 2nd League South succeeded in promotion to the league, Laue had denied all 34 round games on the side of Karl Hutfles and Karl-Heinz Metzner .

Laue was a municipal employee by profession.
