Kurt W. Zimmermann

Kurt Werner Zimmermann (born September 20, 1951 in Solothurn ) is a Swiss journalist and publicist .

Life

Kurt W. Zimmermann studied psychology at the University of Zurich . From 1976 he worked as a journalist for various Swiss publications such as Tat and Weltwoche . From 1990 to 1994 he was editor-in-chief of the SonntagsZeitung , then editor of the news magazine Facts . From 1996 to 2002 he was a member of the corporate management of the Zurich media group Tamedia .

Zimmermann and his wife Uli Rubner owned the Swiss and German consultancy Consist Consulting AG in Zurich , and from 2007 to 2017 he was co-owner of ff-Verlag in Bolzano . He regularly writes columns for Weltwoche , SonntagsZeitung and the business magazine Bilanz . From 2016 to March 2019 he was editor-in-chief of the journal Schweizer Journalist , followed by David Sieber .
