Kyle Doyle (born April 27, 1981 in Sarnia , Ontario ) is a German - Canadian ice hockey player who was last under contract with EV Landshut in the ice hockey league .

Career

Kyle Doyle began his career as a hockey player on the Colgate University team , where he was active from 2000 to 2004. He then moved to EC Peiting in the league , for which he played the following two years, before he was committed in the summer of 2006 by their league rivals Hannover Indians . With the Indians, the center was one of the top scorers and with 103 scorer points, including 43 goals in a total of 60 games, played a key role in the promotion of Lower Saxony to the 2nd Bundesliga . In this, the Canadian made his debut in professional ice hockey on September 11, 2009 in the game against SC Riessersee . After a year at SC Riessersee, he received no further contract for the 2011/12 season and moved to EV Lindau in the fourth-class Bayernliga in early December 2011 . Kyle Doyle received a tryout contract with the Kassel Huskies in early August 2012 , which was later extended.

Since February 7, 2013 Doyle has also had German citizenship. In September 2014, the attacker from EV Landshut from the DEL2 was given a one-year contract, where he was under contract until the end of the 2016/17 season .
