Kyra Lamberink (born April 15, 1996 in Bergentheim ) is a Dutch cyclist who primarily competes in short-term races on the track .

Athletic career

In 2012, Kyra Lamberink took third place as a junior over 500 meters on the track. In the following year she won two national junior titles, in the time trial and in the keirin . In addition, she was third in the Keirin at the Junior European Championships. In 2016 she and Elis Ligtlee became U23 European champion in the team sprint , after the two athletes had already taken third place in this discipline the year before.

At the second run of the Track Cycling World Cup 2016/17 in the Apeldoorner Omnisport , Lamberink and Shanne Braspennincx took second place in the team sprint. At the UCI Track World Championships in 2018 , she finished second in the team sprint together with Shanne Braspennincx, Laurine van Riessen and Hetty van de Wouw .
