Långlöt is a village ( småort ) on the Swedish island of Öland in the Baltic Sea . The place belongs to the municipality of Borgholm and is located in the middle of the east side of the island.
The eastern coastal road of Öland runs through the village, along which Långlöt runs as an open-plan street village . To the west of the village is Himmelsberga with the Öland Museum . In the south Folkeslunda and Lerkaka . The medieval Långlöt church is remarkable . To the north of the village are some of the typical Öland windmills.
