The 2009/10 season was the 14th regular season of the Ligue Nord-Américaine de Hockey (until 2003 Ligue de hockey semi-professionnelle de Québec; until 2004 Ligue de hockey senior majeur du Québec). The seven teams were supposed to play 44 games each in the regular season , but the game plan had to be changed due to the early, financially-related departure of Lois Jeans de Pont-Rouge . The team with the highest points in the regular season were the Saint-François de Sherbrooke , while the CRS Express de Saint-Georges won the Coupe Futura for the first time in the play-offs .
