La Cuta , also just Cuta , is a town in the Santa Cruz department in the lowlands of the South American Andean state of Bolivia .
Location in the vicinity
La Cuta is a village in the district ( Bolivian : Municipio ) Cabezas in the province of Cordillera . The village lies at an altitude of 516 m on the railway line that runs south from the metropolis of Santa Cruz to the city of Yacuiba on the Argentine border; However, La Cuta is not a stop on this railway line.

La Cuta is located on the southeastern edge of the Bolivian Cordillera Oriental in the area of the subtropical climate and is characterized by a six-month dry season that extends from May to October.

Two kilometers south of Mora, a dirt road branches off in a westerly direction to La Cuta .
