Lakho Rinpoche ( Tib. La kho rin po che ) or Lakho Hutuktu (Ra kho khutukhtu) is an important incarnation number of the Gelugpa -Klosters Kumbum Monastery in Amdo (Qinghai). He was one of the seven great Hutuktus during the Qing period in the capital Beijing .
The incarnation series goes back to the 17th century. To date there are eight representatives of this series.
The 6th Lakho Rinpoche, Lobsang Shedrub Tenpe Nyima ( blo bzang bshad sgrub bstan pa'i nyi ma ; 1921-?), The 94th abbot of the Kumbum monastery, went to India in 1958 .
