Bayreuth District Court (older order)
The Bayreuth Regional Court was a Bavarian regional court of the older order that existed from 1812 to 1879 and was based in Bayreuth . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1812, the Bayreuth Regional Court was established in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . It belonged to the Obermainkreis , which was renamed Upper Franconia in 1838 . 1879 by the rich uniform Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz the former District Court older order to the 1877 District Court Bayreuth converted from the 1857 formed District Court Bayreuth was at the same time the new district court Bayreuth .
