District court Wegscheid

The Wegscheid District Court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Wegscheid in Bavaria from 1879 to 1973 . The district court in Wegscheid existed until 1975 as a branch of the district court of Passau .

history

After the establishment of the Kingdom of Bavaria in 1806 was in the course of administrative restructuring of Bavaria , the district court built Wegscheid and the lower Danube Circle slammed with capital Passau. The Wegscheid district office was formed as an administrative authority in 1862 from the Wegscheid district court of the older order. Eight municipalities switched to the Wolfstein district office . The Wegscheid district court remained the judicial authority. With the entry into force of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the District Court of Wegscheid became a district court . The Wegscheid District Court existed until after the district reform in 1973, until 1975 as a branch. With effect from October 1, 1975, the Wegscheid branch was assigned to the Passau District Court .
