description

Shortly after the development of the northern area of the villa colony, designated as Planstrasse A (today Altfriedstein Street ) , the country house , which is now a listed building , was built on three parcels east below the Meyer estate , which was built two years later and dominated the area . The original building has a "moderately picturesque [...] formation with stylistic echoes of the architecture around 1800." In 1935/1936, the Chemnitz architects AG Oehme created a large extension with the same eaves height , but one on the right side of the main view Hipped roof of lower ridge height .

Approximately centrally in the main view is a buttress with a loggia with outside staircase to the garden and a pillared upper room with exit from the loft conversion.

Today there are five apartments in the house; the total living space of the country house is 675 m².
