The state election in Liechtenstein in 1974 took place on February 3, 1974 and was the regular election of the legislature of the Principality of Liechtenstein. All 15 members of the Landtag of the Principality of Liechtenstein were elected by the people of the country in the two constituencies of the Oberland and Unterland.

Due to a change in the electoral law in 1973, this election was first elected according to the candidate proportion and no longer according to the list proportion as before; in addition, the threshold clause was lowered from 18% to 8%. The Christian Social Party of Liechtenstein also took part in this election for the last time . But since she stayed below the 8 percent hurdle, she could not have a representative.
