The state election in Upper Austria in 1919 was carried out on June 23, 1919 and was the first state election in Upper Austria after the end of the First World War. The Christian Social Party (CSP) was able to achieve an absolute majority of votes and mandates with 51.1% and subsequently provided 38 of the 72 members of the state parliament. Second place went to the Social Democratic Workers' Party of German Austria (SDAPDÖ), which scored 28.8% and 22%. The third party was the German Freedom and Order Party, an amalgamation of the Greater German People's Party and the Farmers' Association or Landbund , which achieved 20.1% and 12 seats.

The Landtag of the XII. The electoral term was subsequently constituted and the provincial government Hauser V was elected as the new Upper Austrian provincial government.
