The state elections in Upper Austria in 1945 took place on November 25, 1945 .

The Austrian People's Party achieved a clear absolute majority with 59.1 percent of the vote and 30 out of a total of 48 mandates. In addition to the ÖVP, only the Socialist Party of Austria entered the state parliament with 38.3 percent and 18 seats. The Communist Party of Austria (KPÖ) missed entry with 2.6 percent.
