This list of the members of the Upper Austrian Landtag (XII. Electoral period) lists all members of the Upper Austrian Landtag in the XII. Electoral term. The electoral period lasted from June 23, 1919 to May 18, 1925. After the state elections in 1919 , 38 of the 72 seats went to the Christian Social Party (CS), 22 to the Social Democratic Party (SD) and 12 to the Freedom and Order Party (FOP ), which had come together from the Greater German Party and the Landbund. The Diet selected after Angelobung the state government Hauser V .

The Presidency of the State Parliament consisted of Governor Johann Nepomuk Hauser (CS) and Deputy Governor Josef Schlegl (CS), Josef Gruber (SD) and Franz Langoth (FOP).
