List of Members of the Upper Austrian Landtag (1st electoral period)

This list of members of the Upper Austrian Landtag (1st electoral period) lists all the members of the Upper Austrian Landtag in the 1st electoral period. The electoral term lasted from April 6, 1861 to December 22, 1866 and was dominated by a majority of the Liberal Party. The state government was formed by the Lebschy I state committee.

The Upper Austrian parliament was the first legislature of 49 elected members and the Virilstimme of the diocesan bishop . In addition to the virile vote, the Curia of the Great Lands gave 10 members. The cities and industrial locations elected a total of 17 MPs in 15 constituencies, with three MPs being elected in the state capital Linz. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry provided three members in the state parliament, and 19 members from the rural communities in 12 constituencies came. With the exception of the constituencies of Linz, Grein, Freistadt, Gmunden and Kirchdorf, two members each were delegated from the rural communities.
