The Landwehrsgraben is an almost one and a half kilometer long, left and southeastern tributary of the Main in the area of ​​the Wertheimer locality Mondfeld in Baden-Württemberg's Main-Tauber district .

The Landwehrsgraben rises on the northern edge of the Wertheim plateau in the Schenkenwald on the southwest slope of the Lower Mountain at an altitude of 348  m above sea level. NHN the faucet well, which only carries water intermittently .

The stream initially flows in a west-northwest direction through mixed forest down the steep slope. At the Herbstwiesen corridor , it runs almost to the west. The brook now runs through the Mitschbach corridor along the southern edge of the forest and is fed by a brook near the Roter Rain corridor . The Landwehrsgraben then changes its direction to the northwest and then flows through an agriculturally used zone accompanied by a tree gallery.

To the east of the Rosenmühle , it crosses under the L 2310 , also called Maintalstraße here , and shortly afterwards it flows into the Schloßwiesen corridor, a little above the Main km 143 at an altitude of 130  m above sea level. NHN from the left into the Main coming here from the northeast . The torrent flows into the Main almost 500 m downstream .
