Architecture and history
The large three-storey half - timbered house was built in 1674 by the carpenter Hans Reule based on the inscription HANS REULE ZIMMERMAN on the building. In the middle of the street-side facade facing west is a dwelling . The simple half-timbered structure of the house has parapet struts and parapet-high diamond crosses in some fields . The compartments are provided with bricks in a meander and herringbone bond. The thresholds are decorated with ship throats . In addition, there are pyramid beam heads .
At number 4 there were originally corner consoles carved with angel heads, but these have been removed and are now in the museum. In the vicinity of the southeast corner of the house there was originally an oriel extending over two fields on the first and second floors .
Shops were built in the second half of the 19th century.
