The building registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register is located on the eastern edge of the Quedlinburg district of Westendorf below the Schlossberg . It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site .
Architecture and history
The courtyard was created as a Freihof . The core of the house dates from around 1620 and was built from half-timbered timber on the upper floor and from quarry stone on the ground floor . On the street side, the framework shows the figure of the whole man . The stick threshold is decorated with dewsticks . Around 1880, an extension and the portal were built using older components. Above the entrance to the house, which was built in the early days, there is a baroque coat of arms cartouche . A walled-up portal from the Renaissance period can be seen next to the entrance . On the north and east sides of the courtyard are simple two-storey half-timbered buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries.
The property fence consists of a brick wall with pillars.
