Architecture and history

The protruding three-storey half - timbered house was built around 1570. The house also had a two-storey bay window that is no longer available today . It extended over three fields on the southern part of the building. Around 1760 the house was rebuilt. The building received a new facade on the ground floor and first floor. The bay window was removed. The northern part of the building, previously part of the house at Lange Gasse 31, was probably bought during the renovation and incorporated into the house. There are two adjacent front doors. The left, southern of the two doors is designed in the neo-Gothic style and dates from around 1820/30.
