Lastovo ( Italian Lagosta ) is a municipality in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County in Croatia .
Lastovo is the largest municipality on the island of the same name . The village is on the north side opposite the island of Korčula . The municipality has 792 inhabitants (2011 census).
