Lauren Bate (also Bate-Lowe ) (born April 27, 1999 in Billinge ) is a British track cyclist .

Athletic career

In 2017, Lauren Bate won two silver medals at the Junior Track World Championships , in the sprint and with Georgia Hilleard in the team sprint . At the Junior European Championships she won bronze three times, in Keirin , in the 500-meter time trial and with Hilleard in the team sprint. In the same year she was two-time British junior champion, but with Sophie Capewell also national champion in the team sprint of the elite.

The following year, Bater won bronze in the team sprint with Katy Marchant at the Commonwealth Games and was again British champion in the team sprint with Hilleard. In 2020 she won the national sprint title.
