Laurence Arné

Laurence Arné (* 4 February 1982 in Angoulême ) is a French actress .
biography
In her youth she danced and played the piano . After graduating in artistic choreography, she joined the theater schools Studio 34, Jacques Lecoq and One Man Show Paris. She took up vocal coaching.
Since 2006, Arné has been regularly on stage with humorous shows. Together with Alexandre Delimoges she worked on her first humorous solo, Quelle conne , which originated at the Risoul Humor Festival and was then performed for a year at the Théâtre Le Bout in Paris. In 2007 Arné met Gérard Sibelle and joined the Juste Pour Rire troupe in the Les Solos du Juste Pour Rire Show at the Théâtre de Dix Heures. In 2008, Dominique Farrugia discovered the show.
In her shows she combines dance, song and theater and plays female characters - clichéd and especially ridiculous - like a yoga teacher or an anorexic model. As an actress, she was part of the cast of the show Open Bed , a musical theater piece about the sexual life of two couples, performed in 2008 at the Théâtre des Bouffes-Parisiens .
After her success as a comedian on stage, she concentrated more on working as a film actress. In 2010 she played in the television films Au bas de l'échelle and in the romantic comedy L'amour c'est mieux à deux .
Laurence Arné and Laurent Lafitte stood together in front of the camera for the comedy Moi, Michel G., milliardaire, maître du monde . In this fictional documentary by Stéphane Kazandjian, the actress is the wife of dubious businessman Michel Ganiant, played by François-Xavier Demaison .
On television, she starred in the comedy WorkinGirls , which has been broadcast by Canal + since 2012 .
In 2014 she hit the headlines for the first time with À coup sûr , Delphine de Vigan 's first film, alongside Éric Elmosnino and Valérie Bonneton . This quirky romantic comedy, however, was a commercial failure, with fewer than 130,000 entries in French theaters.
In the following year it also failed because of Rémi Bezançon's intergenerational dramatic comedy Nos futurs , which appeared in the summer slump and went unnoticed with fewer than 180,000 entries. She plays one of the leading female roles, alongside Mélanie Bernier and Camille Cottin.
She first appeared in a commercial hit in 2016 and played one of the lead roles in the movie Radin! directed by Fred Cavayé . There she met Dany Boon . In his 2018 film Die Sch'tis in Paris - A family on the wrong track , she then played the leading female role.
