Laurence Leboeuf

Laurence Lebœuf (born December 13, 1985 in Montreal , Quebec ) is a Canadian actress .

Laurence Charlotte Lebœuf is the daughter of Québec-born actors Marcel Lebœuf and Diane Lavallée. Her acting career began in 1996 with the French series Virginie , where she played Évelyne Boivin . In 2002 she received a nomination for a Gemini Award for the series Tag - Épilogue , in which she played Isabelle .

Laurence Lebœuf received the leading role in 2004 in the French-Canadian youth series Matchball für die Liebe ( 15 / Love ), in which she plays the role of Cody Meyers . The series revolves around a group of teenagers who attend the Cascadia Tennis Academy and are faced with all kinds of problems related to growing up. The popularity that she gained through match point for love earned her other English-speaking roles, such as Nadia in the film Human Trafficking .
