Laurence Mason (* in Bronx , New York City , United States ) is an American actor .

Life

Born in the New York Bronx, Mason was already on stage at the age of ten. After his engagement at the All Children's Theater, Mason played numerous roles in Broadway and off-Broadway musicals.

This was followed by studies at the High School of Performing Arts in New York City and later at the State University of New York at Purchase.

After completing his training, Mason appeared in various theater productions, commercials and music videos before taking his first role in a feature film in Tony Scott's thriller True Romance in 1993 . A year later followed a major supporting role in the cult film The Crow - The Crow at the side of Brandon Lee . In Hackers - In the Network of the FBI Mason stepped next Angelina Jolie , Jonny Lee Miller and Jesse Bradford on.

From 2005 to 2006 Mason played the role of Halpern White in the television series The Shield . In 2007 he appeared in The Take, directed by Brad Furman . Mason then played the role of Sammy in the television series Prison Break .
