The Laurentiuskirche ( Lorenzkirche ), a Roman Catholic church in Allmannsdorf , a district of Pleinfeld in the Central Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen , is a branch church of the parish of St. Nikolaus in Pleinfeld, Allmannsdorf 17. The building is listed under monument number D-5-77 -161-48 registered as an architectural monument in the Bavarian monument list. The underground components of the church as well as its predecessor building were registered as a soil monument under monument number D-5-6831-0169 . The patronage of the Church is Lawrence of Rome .

The tower of the medieval choir tower church is Romanesque in the basement , the upper floor received a pyramid roof in the late 15th century. The half-timbering was exposed during a restoration. The nave was built in the 17th century and later expanded. The core of the churchyard wall is medieval. Inside the church, a seated figure of St. Laurentius as a clay sculpture from the 15th century is worth mentioning. There are also several wooden figures. Late Gothic frescoes from the 14th century were discovered in the choir , which is covered with a barrel vault . They show Jesus Christ , flanked by Peter , Paulus of Tarsus , Matthias and James the Elder as well as a Christ head with the symbols of the evangelists in the crown of the vault and four apostles with their attributes on each side of the vault .
