Lea Wagner (born August 15, 1994 in Wiesbaden ) is a German journalist and television presenter .
life and career
Lea Wagner is the daughter of football coach David Wagner . Your godfather is Jürgen Klopp . She grew up in Mainz , Gelsenkirchen , Gütersloh and Lützelsachsen , among others .
After graduating from the Werner-Heisenberg-Gymnasium Weinheim Lea Wagner studied from 2013 to 2016 cross-media editors at the Hochschule der Medien in Stuttgart . Before and during her studies, she gained her first journalistic experience. a. at BVB total, Sky , the ARD-Sportschau and the SWR . After completing her studies, she completed a two-year traineeship at rt1. media group in Augsburg . Wagner has been working for the sports department of SWR television since June 2018. Here she regularly moderates the programs of SWR Sport in Baden-Württemberg and, since February 2020, in Rhineland-Palatinate as well as SWR Sport Fußball and Sport Extra .
