Lee Bergere

Lee Bergere (born April 10, 1918 in Brooklyn , New York City , New York - † January 31, 2007 in Fremont , New Hampshire ) was an American actor .

life and career

Lee Bergere began his acting career in the theater in the 1930s and appeared in a number of Broadway productions. From the mid-1950s, television work also became his sphere of activity. In total, he worked in over 70 film and television productions, mostly in popular US series. Bergere had his best-known role in the 1980s as majordomo Joseph Anders in the television series The Denver Clan . Bergere can also be seen in the series Falcon Crest , Torches in the Storm and Murder . Fans of the Spaceship Enterprise series know him from the 1968 episode Since There Are People (English: The Savage Curtain ), in which he played Abraham Lincoln .

Lee Bergere, father of two daughters, died in January 2007 at the age of 88 in a nursing home in Fremont, New Hampshire.
