Len Oliver Heinson (born December 6, 1995 in Düsseldorf ) is a German football player .

Career

Heinson started at Cronenberger SC in his youth . In 2007 he moved to Bayer 04 Leverkusen , where he played with the U14s in the DFB youth team and with the U15s in the Regionalliga West . In 2010 he moved to Fortuna Düsseldorf , where he played in the U16s, with the U17s in the Bundesliga West, with the U18s in the A-Juniors Niederrheinliga and in the U19s. For the 2013/14 season he moved to the U19 of the Wuppertaler SV , with whom he reached 8th place in the U19 Bundesliga West.

As an A-youth, Heinson was already used in the first team of Wuppertaler SV in friendly and test matches, for the 2014/15 season he completed the preparation with games against Alemannia Aachen and VfL Bochum, among others. Before the start of the season, however, he moved to the USA on a sports scholarship to Northern Illinois University in DeKalb , Illinois and played there in the 2014/15 season for the university team NIU Huskies in the Mid-American Conference (MAC), which belongs to Division I of the NCAA heard. Since the 2015/16 season, Heinson was back in the Wuppertaler SV squad in the Oberliga Niederrhein . In the spring of 2016, Heinson extended his contract in Wuppertal to June 30, 2017 and achieved the championship title in the Oberliga Niederrhein and promotion to the Regionalliga West early with the team . The season in the regional league was difficult from the start, after an injury in preparation he was not part of the regular formation. At the beginning of the second half of the 2016/17 season, Heinson moved to 1. FC Bocholt in the Oberliga Niederrhein , where he signed a contract until June 30, 2018. For the 2018/19 season he will return to Wuppertaler SV, which is now playing in the regional league. There Heinson did not get a chance due to injuries in the first half of the season, so he left the club during the winter break and moved to the upper division VfB 03 Hilden . In his second game he tore a cruciate ligament and was out for the rest of the year.
