Lenny Platt (born July 25, 1984 in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania ) is an American actor .

Career

Lenny Platt was born in Philadelphia in July 1984. He is of Puerto Rican , Dominican, and German descent. At the age of 12 the family moved to Florida . In 2006, Platt graduated from the University of Florida .

Platt made his acting debut on ABC - Daytime Soap Love, Lies, Passion . In it he played the role of Nate Salinger from April 2010 until the soap was closed in January 2012 . He then had guest roles in Blue Bloods - Crime Scene New York and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit . In the first season of How to Get Away with Murder , he was seen in a total of five episodes as Griffin O'Reilly . A year later he got the supporting role of Drew Perales in Quantico .
