Lensworld-Kuota is a former Dutch cycling team in women's cycling .

The team was founded as ' Team Polaris' for the 2013 season and initially had no name sponsor until the Dutch internet mail order company Futurumshop became the main and name sponsor in February 2013 . The team is licensed as a UCI Women's Team and claims to be the youngest team in this category.

The sporting director was initially Thijs Rondhuis, who previously held this position a. a. with the Boels Dolmans Cyclingteam and the Equipe Nürnberger and, since 2014, the multiple Belgian road champion Heidi van de Vijver , who previously worked for the Cylelive Plus-Zannata team. With van de Vijver, the new cosponsor Zannata and a few female drivers joined the team.

After the main sponsor withdrew, the team was dissolved at the end of the 2017 season.
