The Boels Dolmans Cyclingteam is a cycling team in women's cycling .

The team was founded in 2011 as the UCI Women's Team . For the 2013 season, the organization of the team was significantly changed: The sporting director Bart Faes was replaced by the former professional cyclists Steven Rooks and Danny Stam . The management of the team was moved from Ten Ham to Bunde . The new representative of the team is Marten de Lange, who is replacing Danielle Bekkering. The latter switched to the newly founded Polaris team together with the second sporting director, Thijs Rondhuis . Prominent newcomers were Elizabeth Armitstead and Romy Kasper .

The team has led the UCI world rankings at the end of the season since 2016 and won the annual UCI Women's WorldTour , also thanks to Anna van der Breggen , who joined the team in 2017. Nevertheless, the main sponsors Boels Dolmans announced that they would stop supporting the team in 2019 after the 2020 season. Since the team management did not yet have a successor sponsor within the application period for a license as a UCI Women's WorldTeam , the team did not apply for this newly introduced elite category and started as the UCI Women's Continental Team .

In 2020 Boels-Dolmanns became a founding member of UNIO , an association of team operators in women's cycling.
