The UCI Women's WorldTour 2019 (WWT) was the fourth edition of the Women's WorldTour organized by the UCI World Cycling Federation .

Marianne Vos ( CCC-Liv ) won the individual ranking with 1592 points, ahead of the world champion in the road race Annemiek van Vleuten ( Mitchelton Scott ) with 1467.67 points and world number one Lorena Wiebes ( Parkhotel Valkenburg ) with 1302.33 points, who is also the best U23 -Driver was awarded.

The overall ranking of the UCI Women's Teams was won by the Boels Dolmans Cyclingteam around fifth individual Anna van der Breggen with 4035 points, ahead of Team Sunweb with 2999 points and Trek-Segafredo with 2547.98 points.

Points for the individual and overall classification could be achieved in all competitions of the series according to the point scale of the UCI world rankings . The best young riders received 6, 4 and 2 points for the U23 classification.
