The Women's Cycling World Cup in 1999 was the second edition of the Women's Cycling World Cup , a series of the most important one-day races in women's road cycling that has been held by the UCI since the 1998 season . The female rider was won by the Australian Anna Wilson from the Saturn Cycling Team .
