2006 Women's Cycling World Cup

The Women's Cycling World Cup in 2006 was the 9th edition of the Women's Cycling World Cup , a series of the most important one-day races in women's road cycling that has been held by the World Cycling Association UCI since the 1998 season .

Nine of eleven races from the previous year were added to the racing calendar, three more were added, so that the series consisted of a total of twelve races - more than ever before.

The British Nicole Cooke won the female drivers' championship for the second time since 2003 .
