Trek-Segafredo is an American cycling team specializing in women's cycling .

organization

The team was founded parallel to the existing structure of the Trek-Segafredo team in men's cycling. The teams led by manager Luca Guercilena use the same infrastructure as Trek Factory Racing . Ina-Yoko Teutenberg and Giorgia Bronzini were the sporting directors of the UCI Women's Team registered for the 2019 season, led by Ellen van Dijk and Lizzie Deignan . After the first season, Trek-Segafredo was licensed as a UCI Women's WorldTeam .
