Leonard Freier (born February 11, 1985 in Berlin ) is a German insurance specialist and television actor . In 2016 he was the protagonist of the sixth season of Der Bachelor on RTL .

Life

Leonard Freier was born as Leonard Ronald Werner Paul Freier in the south of Berlin. He attended high school, which he left with the secondary school certificate. He then worked in the restaurant business . After his parents separated, he moved into his own apartment at the age of 16. At the age of 16 he also became a branch manager in an ice cream parlor. When he was 18 he set up his own ice cream parlor for the first time. Later he worked as a barman, restaurant manager and personal trainer .

He made up his Abitur and studied business administration . Currently (as of January 2016) he works as a “certified insurance specialist” for the Ergo insurance group . Freier is the owner of his own insurance office in Berlin-Spandau . Freier has also worked in commercials for the Ergo insurance group .

For the show The Bachelor , however, Freier was presented and marketed as a management consultant with several insurance offices he founded and holdings in various companies.

Freier lives in Stahnsdorf (Potsdam-Mittelmark) near Berlin. He is the father of a daughter (* 2015) from a relationship (2009-2015) with Caona. From September to November 2016, Freier was in a relationship with Angelina Heger , who herself was a candidate for The Bachelor in 2014 . In autumn 2017 Freier resumed his relationship with his daughter's mother and married her in June 2018.

Television appearances

From January to March 2016, Freier Der Bachelor was in the sixth season on RTL . In May 2016 he was a participant in Grill den Henssler . In September and October 2016 he was seen with Sabia Boulahrouz as a dance partner in the RTL television program Dance Dance Dance . On July 30, 2017, Freier was featured in an episode of the TV show Celebrity Shopping Queen .
