Lidiya Smirnova ( Russian Лидия Николаевна Смирнова ; born January 31 . Jul / 13. February  1915 greg. In Tobolsk (according to other sources in Menzelinsk ); † 25. July 2007 in Moscow ) was a Soviet and Russian actress .

Life

Lidija Smirnowa spent her childhood in Siberia. She later moved to Moscow, where she attended the Bolshoi Theater's choreography school . Then - after a short interlude at an aeronautical college - she began studying at the theater school at the Moscow Chamber Theater . At the same time, her career as a film actress began. She became famous for her first leading role in the film My Love . In total, Smirnova starred in over 50 films.
